Shipping Policy

All Firearms and lower receivers are shipped to FFL holders only!

All orders will be sent out fully insured via UPS or FedEx and tracking numbers will be provided. All shipping and handling charges will be paid by the buyer unless otherwise specified. Additional charges may apply depending on the product and delivery location.

Certain products, such as firearms and receivers, must ship to a licensed dealer in your state. Please contact our sales department if you need assistance in locating a transfer dealer. We require a signed copy of the transfer dealers FFL before shipment.

In accordance with Federal Law, handguns will be shipped via 2nd Day Air or Overnight. Ground shipping is not allowed for Handguns.

All shipments are insured for the full invoiced value. Should any damage occur, you should file a claim directly with the shipper. Be sure to retain all packaging and documentation. Lewis Tactical, LLC can not be held liable for shipping damage.
